The Big Biscuit

Have been there several times (to Blue Springs location) and even when crazy busy, service is fast and very attentive. Absolutely in top 5 favorite for service, price, and quality.
Independence 40 highway location.... not so much

So good, a friend took me here and I just kept eating and eating until everything was gone! It was like I could not get enough. It was cooked to almost perfection. This family friendly place was something every local should experience! It was so surprising to me how quickly everything filled up! I really didn't mind the wait, it was worth it!

Big Biscuit in Blue Springs, MO is always amazing! The food is excellent and the portions are huge! The food is always cooked perfectly. The wait staff is awesome and very friendly. I would like them to stay open longer than 2:30 pm, but I can live with their hours. Definitely worth visiting over and over!

Can't go wrong here. Southern style home cooking, large portions and fast, friendly service.

The service was fantastic! The server was very attentive, friendly, and courteous. The food was every comfort carb lovers dream! If you don't try anything else try the cinnamon roll pancakes. They are sunshine sprinkled over a glistening ocean at sunset.
