I just finished what was called a 2-serving Enchilada Casserole. First off, DELICIOUS! Second, I actually got closer to three servings from it...so very filling with protein and healthy fats, that you don't need much. I've never seen such variety of keto options anywhere. The entire bakery is dedicated sugar-free and gluten free. Kat's Kakery is a gem in Kansas City!

I'm not sure who that JoJo G person is but I've been going to Kat's now for over a couple years as a consistent customer. First, she and her kids have always been friendly and welcoming to customers over the years as well as her in-house fellow baker and assistant. I have NEVER had anything bad from Kat's and the tamale pie and the irish shortbread toffee bars are some of my favorite products. Some things can come across pretty sweet due to artificial sweeteners but none of the products leave me with a strange film or a burning sensation. I, along with many others are very happy paying the higher prices for homemade (non-factory processed) meals and desserts. Kat puts a lot of love and hard work into making and preparing meals for those on Keto and need alternative options to help us with auto immune issues, gluten intolerance, diabetes and more. Using her bakery along with my own guidance on keto, I've lost over 80 lbs and have reversed my diabetes, high blood pressure and no longer require any of the many medications/insulin I used to be on. If you are looking for a great place to check out, drop by her shop. If you have something you crave, always feel free to mention it while you are in store as she will consider trying to find a keto friendly version to make and possibly offer. Also note that she does pre-order options for certain holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas, etc) to help you stay on track during those difficult times of the season. Stay strong and on track for better health and wellness. Cheers!

I like that they have such a large variety of gluten-free baked goods. I have never seen so many gluten-free baked goods at one time. It's a little pricey but gluten-free products generally cost more. I spent over $9 for a slice of cake and one cookie bar. The peanut butter chocolate cake was delicious. The butterscotch pecan cookie bar was okay though my daughter liked it. The place looked clean and cute and the store worker was nice.

Wow, I couldn't wait to try Kat's Kakery. It is 4 minutes from my shop. When I saw the Texas sheet cake cooling, I was beyond thrilled. They sell cakes by the slice. It varies from day to day. My friend ordered a cake for her parents 50 years anniversary. After seeing the sample pictures, I am sure that cake will be beautiful. As for my purchase of Texas sheet cake, it was so yummy! I left the second piece at work overnight. I knew if it went home, it would not survive my son & husband. It was the first thing I thought about when I woke up. I couldn't wait to dive into it. I am excited to return & pick out my son's birthday cake. The unicorn cake pictures were adorable! My daughter would have love that had I known about Kat's. Excited for this new business! **Update to my review** I did purchase my son's birthday cake from Kat's. He loved it. While it was beautiful, the taste of the frosting and the cake had several guests go, "Wow."
