Sonic Drive-In

This sonic is on top of their game. First time going to this location and this place was packed. Every stall was filled and they had a drive through line of at least 10 cars. Not only did the employees not panic but they were still incredibly kind despite the craziness. Every employee was working hard and we even had one young man come out to let us know that they we working on our order. We didnt have to wait long at all for our food despite how busy they were. On top of that our order was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Honestly, we were just super impressed with these employees. It was 11 o clock at night on a busy friday and they just went above and beyond.

The store is excellent, the workers are fantastic. That is everyone but Alecia. I have witnessed her yell at customers and call them rude, nasty words. I have witnessed her be rude to her fellow employees and her boss. She is the most unprofessional employee I have ever witnessed anywhere as an employee and a customer somewhere. She is rude and extremely disrespectful. If I could rate a single person I would do 1, but I’ll do 5 because I’ve never encountered anyone rude but for her.

Went there yesterday, easy to say my experience was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. This sonic in particular is usually very busy at night and sometimes orders can take a bit to get out. It took 5 mins for my carhop to get my food out a double burger, fries, slush and a Oreo blast. Brought to me by the carhop with the blue hair. My slush favor was wrong but she was helpful in getting it fixed and immediately apologized. Manager Jordan came out and apologized and the new slush was brought out in under a minute. Good job to these two, really proud of this sonic!!! Thumbs up from me ????

This location was hoping & they got my order rite. They tell u the name of who is bringing ur food. Marcell is fine & friendly. The oreo waffle cone is Oreo Overload
