Not greasy, not soggy, and from my experience it is always fresh so it might take a bit for your order depending on if they're busy. Out of the sides I've had so far the green beans are fantastic, the red beans and rice and greens are delicious, but I'd skip the macaroni and cheese. It's a little pricey to get dinner for the whole family but you really get what you really pay for.”
