“We were in town for some football tournaments this weekend and in need of a late dinner. After looking up places with good reviews we stumbled upon Chick-In Waffle, and were not disappointed what so ever. They have a variety of options (all look delicious) so it was hard to decide, we went with the classic chicken and maple, the Nashville chicken sandwich and some chili fries. All were amazing! The price was fair and the customer service was on point, Dominic was so polite and helpful! We will definitely stop by a Chick-In Waffle next time we're in KC!”

“I like that they have such a large variety of gluten-free baked goods. I have never seen so many gluten-free baked goods at one time. It's a little pricey but gluten-free products generally cost more. I spent over $9 for a slice of cake and one cookie bar. The peanut butter chocolate cake was delicious. The butterscotch pecan cookie bar was okay though my daughter liked it. The place looked clean and cute and the store worker was nice.”

“Great spot! Thanks for the friendly service and delicious food! The French toast and biscuits and gravy were delicious! The ultimate omelette was ULTIMATE! If we ever come through town again we will definitely stop! Wish I would’ve been able to try the broccoli cheese soup but I was too full! “Unbelievable customer service, local variety and food! The shop is absolutely adorable with a selection of local produce, indoor and outdoor seating and specialty items. Everything on the menu was very fresh, over 80% local, and very very very tasty! John was very kind and friendly and let us know that they change their menu weekly, they make all homemade breads, they recycle and compost their waste which means we just have to come back weekly! To be so local, the prices are great! You can get a meal from 8.00 - 17.00! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!”

“Today I ate at KC Gyro Guys on Red Bridge Rd, KC, MO inside the BP gas station is so good! The beef platter was great and not greasy. I took a look and ate half in my car, the meat and rice were moist with the yogurt/spiced red sauce was excellent and a perfect blend, neither one overpowered the other, I will be back with my husband to try the other items. I recommend this joint you’ll be glad you did they’re super nice too. Enjoy!”

“Stopped in for the first time today to celebrate my birthday. Victoria and Barbara were GREAT!! Service and food were outstanding! You have to try the B B Kings combo, ribs, sausage, added brisket and pulled pork, beans and skillet fries. Wow, what great BBQ!! “We absolutely love this local gem. Family and locally owned, they have a full regular menu for my boyfriend and a full vegan menu for me(they make their own vegan cheese and sour cream)!! We go often, so one of the guys there(the nicest ever), Anthony, knows us and without asking gives me a vegan menu. I Love their attention to detail and to their quality of food. We almost always both get the green enchiladas which he gets with pork and I get with half soy pastor and mushrooms. We also both get a side of green taco sauce(we would drink this stuff if we could lol) We recommend this place 100/10 and travel 30 min each time we go. I crave their food on the daily, seriously!!”
