    Ordered the Slim Duo with calamari and shrimp with have fried rice and half noodles. It was EXCELLENT. Not very busy when I went there and ordered on site so I got my order very promptly. A nice addition to dining out choices in Carthage Missouri. It is a food truck with a couple of outdoor tables. I did take out.

    I hat the steak with shrimp and scallops and an order of fried rice. Everything was great. Food had plenty of flavor and not only did I like it, I had to fight my cat to keep my meal.

    Keep these guys busy so they stick around. It's the best food in town and reasonable $ for the quality. The hibachi calamari may be the best I've ever had. Funny that I had to drive 1200 miles away from the coast for that to happen. We are going to pretend the noodles never happened...
