KFC

I have been terribly disappointed with KFC for a long time! HOWEVER I stopped at the new one in FESTUS tonight and was pleasantly surprised, the customer service was great we were greeted happily, ordered our food, it came out hot and fresh, it tasted great, they forgot our biscuits, but when we went up and mentioned it they quickly filled the order and even took the extra step and gave us a couple of extra cookies for the inconvenience, the employee even dropped one just on the counter and apologized and gave a different one. It was very pleasant to be satisfied with our experience at KFC! I highly recommend it. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because I was hoping for a buffet.

Great service! I had a big order and it took no time for it to be ready. The food was hot and delicious. Good job!

Very clean restaurant, the service was friendly and fast, the chicken was delicious as were all the sides. The only thing that drew my attention was the spoon/forks they supply, they're very weak and bend easily. If using them, you'll go through a few to finish your meal. Otherwise very good experience.
