“Sorry this is long. I ordered carryout online in Warrensburg, MO. My family have been Domino's customers for as long as I can remember and the new building is nice. Here is the reason I am leaving this review and rating. I ordered online with my phone (like I always do). When I showed up, I walked into the lobby. I totally get it "NO ONE" wants to catch anything with this virus spreading around. To my surprise, a young man behind the counter "yelled" at me because I wasn't supposed to be in the store and it was posted online! Well for starters, I normally hit the "I have arrived" tracker button on my phone (maybe it was posted there?). This time, it didn't happen (I totally forgot). As I was walking out the door a young lady came out from the back room and pointed at the door and said it was posted! Ok, let's get this straight. Yes, there was actually a piece of paper on the door with very small fonts. To be honest it looked like an "add/menu". After the young lady brought out my pizzas, I asked her about the online notification. All she said was "it's on the door"! At this time I recommended that they lock the doors and make a "NO ENTRY" sign with "Larger Font" so other customers would know. I understand why no one is allowed in the store. Safety is a "PRIORITY " and I salute Domino's for their efforts. However, being yelled at and being talked down to is totally "UNACCEPTABLE "!”
