“The staff was great and extremely friendly, warm and top notch! I felt like they were a little skimpy on the home style fries but they were absolutely delicious. My chicken swiss bacon with Texas toast sandwich was really good but a little average. The home style fries weren't crispy but I do not care as I know how difficult it is to make homestyle fries with crisp to them by without burning them. I love the fries as they are but if you like crispy fries you might not like the homestyle fries.”

“Neat, out of the way place with a lot of charm. Be sure to get there early or be willing to share a table, lol. We got there at noon and it was full. We shared a table with a great couple that drove there from Greentop. Fried chicken was excellent, green beans were perfect and the portions were large. The coleslaw tasted a little sour to me, so I didn't eat it. The mashed potatoes were good but instant. The white gravy was delicious and had sausage in it! We will be back to try more specials!”

“The blue room had great food. Good place for the family. But not to long ago the place burned down. It was a tragic loss for the Owners and staff. By hopefully it will be rebuilt”
