Great BBQ ribs, good service, manager comes around to check on the customers.

When we are in the mood for BBQ, this is an excellent place. For us, the service is good and the food has always been great. Getting in/out is a pain at the wrong time of day....not Bandana's fault, just a really congested traffic area.

My husband and I loved the one in Springfield before they closed, we visited it once a week for the first years of our relationship on date nights. We where heartbroken when the closed the doors and have yet to find bbq as good as it. For my birthday my husband surprised me in finding and driving us from republic to this one here in Lebanon. As we sat waiting for our food we discussed hoping that it was worth the drive and tasted as good as we remember... well it most certainly did!!! The brisket is hands down the best brisket you'll ever eat. And they slice and portion it well as opposed to most places that only give you size 1 deli cuts. We wish there was still one in Springfield.

The BBQ sauce selection was wonderful, each one tastes unique and there's surely a style you'll enjoy! Service was super friendly and fast. I've been some of the best southern BBQ in the country so I can't give it a 5, but it was tasty! Glad I stopped here, randomly passed by it driving through Missouri.

thought this was a mom and pop bbq place and I was going to give it 5 stars because i thought they did a nice job a mom and pop type place operating on limited resources but realizing they are a chain I gave them 4 stars because some of the quirky things should not exist in a chain. The service was really good. I like multiple sauces we had the ribs for 2 which was really good. The "2 sharable" sides were also good and very plentiful. My suggestion would be to do 4 different smaller portions on the sides to add some variety. This place was good and worth stopping back.
