“Food is great, great prices, every one here is nice for the most part except Charlotte. The manager. Shes not very personable, charismatic or even professional for that matter. Shes very rude and doesnt care about the customer. Turned a good day bad very quickly. They also dont hire men. Which is disappointing bc I would love to work there part time. I've asked if they're hiring a dozen times and am told no but I'm constantly seeing a new female employee there. Get a new manager and this place would get 5 stars. I've been a loyal customer sometimes even twice a day, spending 2-40 dollars but they've lost my business indefinitely”

“Went there tonight, 1 girl working the counter, hustling because she had a constant stream of customers. She did a great job getting people's order done quickly! We sat outside since we had already ordered on the app. and weren't trying to overwhelm her. When she was about done with the 8 or more customers that showed up back to back we went to the pick up window and she brought our food. She was very polite and friendly and thanked us for our patience. We thanked her and told her we appreciated her. The sandwiches and salad were amazing, probably the best I've had and I'm already a subway fan! She's definitely a great employee and hard worker! Thank you!”

“It was quite and clean, but it took a bit before any employee came out to see what we wanted to order. They also had some veggies that look like they have been out for more than a day. Otherwise it was a nice stop with the family, we got drinks and cookies to enjoy before heading out again. The Raspberry cheesecake cookies are amazing, and the Coke machine here let's you get cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper. So I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. I have been to much better Subways.”

“First off, this is a great deal for pizza. And the stuffed crazy bread is awesome. I have never experienced an instance of rude behavior in the Monnett location. The food is always of good quality, hot, and delicious. I'm not sure what varies between locations, but some others seem to have a lower quality of food or ingredients? Or maybe it is the way they store or prepare it? This has been our 'go to' take out meal since the issues with covid-19 due to what it says on the box; "baked oven fresh and not touched by hands after.". Thanks go out to all the workers there for being awesome!”
