Big Muddy BBQ

We got a takeout order passing through town today. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and baked beans, and the pulled pork nachos. Pork has great flavor, nachos and sides were delicious too. Very good, worth a stop!

The staff was amazing! I've never felt so welcomed. The food was just as great. This is an absolute must for BBQ fans passing through Hannibal.

Stopped here and was glad I did. Not a lot around this area. The woman behind counter was so nice and welcoming. Food was good and ill stop again next time passing through. I had them ribs and I'll have then again.

Brisket was great, with the perfect amount of bark. The beans were great. I didn't care for the pulled pork, but porks not my favorite. It's what you get when you can't find brisket. I will try the chicken next time and post an update. Chicken was okay. On my fourth visit I tried the pork steak. Best thing on the menu. Seriously I'm very picky about bbq and grilled foods, and almost have a distaste for pork, but the pork steak had perfect bark and was flavorful and juicy. Will probably only eat that every time I get through. If sides are a make or break for you, you won't like this place. They have very limited selection and the selection they have is really not that great.
