The building is way too small, customers are always squeezing in the hallway size "lobby".
We did try to order ahead our most recent order to combat the awkward shoulder to shoulder with other guests, and I don't suggest doing that. Because the blizzards were as runny as a shake. I was 10minutes early and they had them in a cooler waiting for me. I understand holding hot foods in a warmer but frozen foods in a fridge just isn't it imo.
The staff is hit or miss on customer service but 8/10 times we've had good experiences with staff.
Historically, the food is good and the service is consistently on the slower side but not too extreme.
Ah my greatest weakness, Dairy Queen. I've been coming to this particular one for almost 50 years. What's that say? It means the food is as it was. Good, like the service. So often, in reviews, it's the one key element that can hurt a review. The quality is awesome. And the gentleman who took my order was nice. The girl who made my blizzard was just as well. So even though it's not the greatest job, it's nice when you get great service.
It is a little small their ice cream is good and they are fast but cashier had a little bit of addtuide
