    Not only do they have delicious sushi, but the atmosphere reminds me of being in someone's home. I will be back again

    Some of the best sushi I've had! I drive through Joplin quite frequently on my route between Oklahoma City to St Louis. This particular trip was on a Friday night and I hit town right in the middle of the dinner rush. All of the chain restaurants near the interstate were packed so I did a Google search and I found Ichiban nearby. My lucky night!

    I ordered the Lotus Roll and some Nigiri. The Lotus Roll was delicious, but very hard to eat. Among the Nigiri I ordered was Seared Albacare Tuna and it was AMAZING! It's topped with a little sriracha and minced green onions and placed on a perfectly sized puddle of spicy ponzu. Everything was delicious but that Albacore Tuna was FiRe!! I ordered seconds! The servers were super friendly and helpful.

    Now I have something to look forward to on these long drives! Road trip anyone?? :)

    Amazing place, beautiful atmosphere. They take pride in the food and it’s presentation. Wide range of sushi. Best sushi in Joplin by far. Must try. Staff was friendly and professional. So happy we went here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Absolutely excellent service, food, and atmosphere. It's been a few months and I'm still craving the seared ahi tuna. The sushi was excellent as well. 5 for 5, would visit again would recommend. I'll be back.

    Great restaurant located in a small strip mall. Excellent for lunch. The Bento boxes are good and great selection of sushi. Very reasonable prices. The thing that sets the place apart from others is the service. Its excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.
