    The staff here is fast and friendly. They always make sure I get my rewards points. My drink is made quickly and correctly. Whenever I have my dog with me, they give him a treat. It's my favorite coffee place in the Northland.

    I really do love you guys. The drinks are great and the staff are usually very friendly. You're one of my favorite places to go. But please, PLEASE do something about your food case. I went in yesterday morning for a quick breakfast and there were 7 or 8 gnats/small flies flying around in there, landing in the food. I lost my appetite immediately. This isn't the first time I've seen it like that, but it was the worst. Please find a way to keeping the food case more sanitary. The rest of the place is kept pretty clean. There has to be a way to keep the food safe from bugs.

    Edit: I returned to this Caribou location on 1/18, and I have to say, BIG improvement! The food case looked cleaner and I didn't see any bugs. Thank you guys, please keep it up!

    Great location in way to airport. Relaxing with comfortable seating and great variety of drinks. Coffee great, beats Starbucks easily.
