First Watch

Special day out celebrating my birthday with family and decide to try this new location as we've always traveled to Liberty because the food/service/environment is that good. Glad to see this area being developed, especially with a new First Watch! After waiting over 30 minutes as expected we were seated. We basically ordered what we always do. My wife likes The Works, no tomato/onion and the egg over easy on top. The hostess says "it would be scrambled in." Well, not exactly what was asked for, but! Upon receiving the order it appears her request to hold tomatoes/onions went in one ear and out the other. Overall the food/environment was good, but service definitely needs attention. Upon leaving we spoke with the manager who apologized and states that staff is still learning what I consider to be variations off the menu. He continued to give us his business card and requested we ask for him the next time we dine. Less than 2 miles from home will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to eat brunch! Meal and service was great and a friendly atmosphere! Our server, Chase did awesome!! I got their Avocado toast with a side of fried potatoes and it was so delicious!

My wife and I went there this morning and I had the salmon frittata and my wife had a omelet with all kinds of meat but sausage. I had coffee to drink and my wife had milk. They were extremely busy, but they said this was one of their less busy days. The food was excellent. I had ordered a pancake and it was not hot enough to melt the butter. I asked if they could microwave it and they told me that they were unable to because they did not have a microwave. But they would remake it which they did. The pancake came very hot and my butter did indeed melt. The pancake was very good. I would highly recommend anyone going to this place. But I would suggest going to their website first and putting in a reservation as it were to make sure when you get there you can actually sit down. If you don't you will be waiting.

The food is the typical breakfast but using fresh ingredients. Visiting from Southern California I decided to try this restaurant and it was great. The staff is very friendly from walking in the door to leaving. All questions were answered and requests catered too. The waitresses cared about your experience and smiling and even got a smile back of you smiled at them. Their fresh juices are great and I recommend the morning meditation. I ended up having 3 it's so delicious. I hope this chain comes to southern California
