We usually stop by after school or an activity for a quick snack and I like how convenient it is for something simple and delicious. Recently I tried delivery for the first time as I always hear the advertisements about how fast they are. The online order process was simple and my order was delivered very expeditiously. I realized soon after that one of the 3 sandwiches wasn't what I had ordered or paid for so I called to let them know. Not only was the manager apologetic, but he offered to refund the value of it AND have the correct item delivered back. I wasn't expecting this level of professionalism but I certainly appreciate the way they handle business. I was willing to pay for the original item anyway, so I decided to give the difference as a tip to the great delivery driver that brought my food back. We're definitely fans of this establishment.
