Outback Steakhouse

It was so good to get out and have a date night with my husband. Thank you Outback for opening your doors and going the extra mile to keep everyone safe. We can only imagine what that takes. Food and staff were great, like normal. :-)

This restaurant has fantastic service as well as delightful menu. The best place around here. The food came out quick and the prices are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this spot.

It's Friday night so we thought we (I) would have a steak, we ordered through "uber eats". Food arrived reasonably quick for it being a Friday night. Tipped the driver, enough to let her know we were pleased that in these unprecedented times we appreciated her. Long story short, our meal was messed up. I was disappointed, but understood, I can't imaging coordinating the new normal in the restaurant business. I called the restaurant, spoke to Joe. He explained they had 2 orders with with Carol as the name, (wife's Carol) that's uncommon. So we got their food and I presume they got ours. BUT this is where the story gets that 5 star rating because this guy Joe went out of his way to ensure that he had every detail of the order down to the sour cream and chives for the potato's. Great customer service, great guy that Joe. As it turned out Joe is the owner of the Outback Steakhouse at Zona Rosa. What a stand up guy! Great customer service. 5 Stars! Thanks Joe!

This location was phenomenal. We were pressed for time (to catch a flight), and the server and manager went out of their way to make sure we got our food in time to make the flight. Great experience. And the food was really good too!

Perfectly prepared steak, excellent service. The 6oz Filet was cooked a perfect rare, and melted in your mouth, not a single morsel was leftover. The baked sweet potato also exceeded my expectations for perfection. We also had the Philly sandwich, served hot and fresh, along with scrumptious fried mushrooms also served hot. The waitress was friendly, courteous and professional. One of the best meals out we've had in the KC metro in recent memory. Well done Outback staff!!
