    Normally have great service, but tonight the drive through was painfully slow. Then when I got home and opened the bag I was given the wrong soup. Very frustrating.

    I am going to give 3 stars because it IS clean but I want to give it 2. This location is on my way to work and I want so badly to be happy with it but after probably 10 years of stopping 2+ times a week on my way to work with the SAME SIMPLE ORDER that they continue to get wrong, I just don't get it. They cannot toast a bagel. They leave condiments from bag. They more than once have missed my drink when ordering. I know they have a lot of customers come through there but focusing on the customer service in the drive thru needs to be a priority.

    I always get my food and drinks fast from people that seem like they genuinely love their job. It's refreshing to see!

    Food was fresh af, employees were helpful and respectful. The place had a really nice vibe to it!
