“I went with my 11 month old son. They were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The hostess and our waitress were just really friendly and helpful people. My only complaints: 1) I ordered the southwest chicken sandwich, and they forgot the spicy mayo. My waitress quickly resolved the issue by getting me some. 2) the changing table in the bathroom... Wasn't clean. The bathroom in general was clean, but the changing table looked like it had just been... used. It could have just happened, so I'm not sure I can blame Fridays.”

“Simply great burgers. And Fries. It's a Five Guys, and it's pretty consistent with other Five Guys. Bright, clean. Walls covered in positive food reviews from newspapers. Smells like burgers and peanuts. If you have already been to another location, you probably know what to expect. --If you haven't been before, it's pretty simple. Pick a burger size (the Little is not little, the regular is a big burger), decide if you want cheese and/or bacon to grace your burger, then choose your toppings (there are lots of toppings). Then, wait for your order and enjoy some complimentary shelled peanuts while you read up on the origin story of your fries for the day. Your burger will not disappoint you. The amount of fries will overwhelm you. -- Parking can be a bit limited at times due to the Streets of St. Charles, but there's always the garage on the other end of the complex if you are willing to walk. I would highly recommend ordering in advance on the Five Guys app, and skipping the only consistent negative of the Five Guys experience (the wait).”

“Great food, fast and friendly service. We went here for my wife's birthday for lunch. We had my 2 kids (2yrs and younger), and they were very helpful, and very friendly eventhough they were making a mess. Did i mention the food was delicious too!! ???????? I wish there was one in South County. Love it.”
