Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant Saint Peters

4 stars, but a few tweaks and it would've been a 5 star meal. Had a long wait after getting seated, the people were seated behind us 5-10 minutes after us but were waited on before us.
Brussel Sprout appetizer was fantastic. I got the shrimp and scallop risotto, it was good but needed a little salt and some acid (a little lemon juice would've been great). Wife got the barramundi and that was the best dish of the night...the sauce had lemongrass and coconut milk, lots of flavor. Dessert was a shortcake with berries and peaches. Peaches weren't ripe, everything else on the plate was spot on.

I can't say enough about my experience! Chae at the tasting was absolutely Amazing! She set the tone. Alexa our server was equally amazing! I can go on and on with Brian and crew at Maitre D with smiles and jokes to Phil the
Server who assisted Alexa because she was busy assisting all her clients. Thanks to all who made this one of the best dining experiences of my life, but most importantly, made our 25 year anniversary an experience we will cherish! You guys are setting the bar! If you haven't been at a location near you, visit the one in St. Peter's! You won't be disappointed!

Ate here and ordered the drunken shrimp appetizer (good but would have been great if they were hot) chicken sandwich (good choice) and the chicken parmesan dish (this dish was hella' salty!). We reported this to a manager and her response was this happens sometimes. Will never order it again since management admits that it's a hit or miss situation with the chicken parmesan dish. Our server Lincoln was excellent, ask for him as he is a very respectful and attentive.

Went here for our anniversary dinner and it was very nice! We had a reservation for 4:30 and even though there were several tables open, service was just a bit slow but everything was worth it. Food was delicious, my husband loved the wine. It's cool that the menu shows what wine pairs well with the meal! We really enjoyed our visit here and will definitely be back :)

We had the red sangria wine. Very good. Not dry and not super sweet.
I had the crusted grouper. It was so filling. Also had the drunken shrimp. It was good but I wouldn’t pay $17 again for that appetizer.

My husband really liked his steak.
