First timer a few nights ago. Ordered the coconut shrimp at the bar due to arriving very near closing time. Had no problems being rushed or told the kitchen was closing which I happen to hear frequently since covid when arriving late to restaurants. The shrimp was amazing and a big enough portion for two meals. I also accidentally left my credit card and felt very happy with how they handled it. I will be back! Can not wait to try their Sunday Brunch.
We ended our vacation here after a visit down south to the real 'Gulf Shores'. And everything was great😋. We had the crab and shrimp dip, seafood salad sandwich and the seafood lasagna (served w/salad) and chocolate cake. Loved! Will definitely eat here again because we want to try the oysters. Will update the review at that time. Our waiter Ross was the man, and worked to provide us a good experience.
We had a decent experience. First the Hurricanes are pretty good. Tastes like fruit punch with a kick. The gator bites were not great and I wouldn’t order those again. He had catfish and added shrimp, his plate was amazing! I had shrimp and crab cakes. The red beans and rice were so good. The corn muffins are soft. Big portions and very filling.
Now Ladies…. The best part is their TOILET PAPER!! Super soft!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Downfalls were that we asked for basketball to be on and that request was pretty much ignored. There was a hair in my husband salad however it was quickly rectified.
First visit to this highly rated restaurant. Clean, well managed and very busy. We ordered fried clams for appetizer. They were hot crispy and very good. Not the whole belly but still good. Came with 3 sauces, each good. Wife ordered Cajun gumbo which had bits of seafood in a very savory type stewed sauce. I ordered the kitchen sink. Came in a large serving tray! Contained large shrimp in the shell, muscels, clams, crayfish, crab legs, quartered potatoes and red & green peppers. A sprinkling of Cajun seasoning on top. Everything very good however, all of the seafood was boiled in plain water with no seasoning whatsoever. We were about finished when we noticed the spices on the table which boosted the flavor immensely.
Very good food. Had a long wait but it was worth it. Enjoyed the food. The waitress was nice and very responsive. Enjoyed the experience very much. Nearly had to roll myself out of restaurant.
