Fabulous food with just the right amount of spice and flavor. Left super full. Took some corn bread home, too. Shawn (owner) was super welcoming. Glad I stopped in, I had never been there before.
Fantastic Cajun food. Absolutely loved everything I had, plus the owner is one of the nicest guys around!
I cannot say enough about this place! Literally the best food I have had in my 10+ years here in St Louis! Mind blowing delicious food and the service was 5 star. Owner came out to greet us and thank us. Exceptional experience!
This is such a hidden gem. The cornbread is moist and so good. Everything I’ve had there is fantastic. Large portions and friendly staff
If you have any love of Cajun food or food that knows how to blend spiciness with flavor than Le's Bon Temps is your next meal.
I've had their wings and their jambalaya both lived up to the reputation of Cajun food. The wings were dry rubbed with spices with the sauce served on the side. The sauce I genuinely can't assign any other reference too, it's that unique but it blends with the spices on wing perfectly.
The jambalaya was succulent. The rice wasn't dry nor soaking wet, and while it's served in a deceptively small bowl it will fill you up before you realize it. Regarding the ingredients: I'm not going to tell you, if you want to taste them get in there and order some. It's the perfect food you want something simple and filling for lunch.
Usually, some form of detracting statements are included with these reviews so I'll offer this: its location does this restaurant a disservice. You'll need your GPS to find it unless you were lucky enough to finally notice their. I hope they're able to move to a more inviting location because they deserve more recognition for what they cooking.
