Absolutely amazing service, food and drinks. It's a hidden gem and perfect place for big parties. They have an outdoor patio as well.

Yet another Mexican restaurant in this same location. Hard not to be skeptical but I gotta say, so far this place has me wowed. Skinny margarita was YUM. Fresh salsa was amazing. Fajitas were perfect. Service was great too. I hope people try to support this place!

Standard first-time visit order: Carnitas.
Onions were well browned as well as some great color on the braised pork. Came with a couple slices of fresh avocado which was nice too. Choice of Flour or Corn tortillas. House special Margarita was passable enough... Especially for a Fiver.

Menu sports a $32 five pound, 'Eat it and it's free' special if you're feeling daring.

Sat on the sunny side of the restaurant and it could REALLY use some blinds.

Server was attentive and not pushy to clear the table at all.

Would visit again.

My family loves good Mexican food. This is the best Mexican food we have had for a long time. It is far superior to the other Mexican restaurants found in St. Charles and St. Peter’s area. They had some of the best fajitas I’ve had in many a year. Service was a little slow, but hopefully that will improve with as they get more experience. You should definitely give them a try.

Found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Since I moved to the area, I've been trying the various Mexican food spots around here. While I found some good ones, none quite impressed me to the point of becoming my "go-to" favorite. However, after visiting Maria Bonita just once, I already know this is the one. Food is AMAZING and is seasoned perfectly -- not overly salted like many of the other Mexican places I've tried around here. And it's not just the entrees that are impressive, the chips and salsa were worth the visit alone. Service was good and it has a nice space/decor. Here's hoping this place quickly becomes a new staple of St. Peters!
