“Messed up order and drinks gave it back for them to fix and they threw a big fit i was "holding up line" so i said just give to me and drove off. Got home everyone was mad it was wrong and got 5 drinks one of them not even right or right sizes and no straws. I wouldn't even be that mad if i didn't hear her say i was holding up the line i waited 15mins for my food to not even be right..customer service isnt a thing apparently. Update** they fixed order. The manager was very nice, truly believed she cared! But still leaving 3 stars for the rude comment and wasting almost an hour out of my daytime.”

“I do enjoy McDonalds from time to time, but this specific location is continuously going downhill. Orders are frequently wrong. Wait times are getting longer. Food is tends to be on the cooler side of warm. And, worst of all, there are constant arguments between staff. Avoid this location if you can. UPDATE! Things have certainly gotten better. Moved to 3 stars as it seems an effort is being made to improve!”
