This was our first time trying Tiger Soup Dumplings. My husband and I both tried the pan fried pork and beef dumplings. Both were delicious but the beef was by far our favorite. The texture and taste were spot on. We also tried the spicy wontons, but couldn’t finish them because they were too hot in flavor. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back, especially for the beef soup dumplings! 🥟
This place opened a few months ago near our house. Today we decided to stop in. We started with the Tiger Fruit Tea which was a combination of passion fruit, mango and lime. Very refreshing and not too sweet. Cucumber salad was fantastic with hints of vinegar and soy. Pork fried dumplings had a nice flavor but not much broth inside. The steamed beef dumplings were definitely our favorite. Deep rich broth and the texture was spot on. We definitely enjoyed the steamed dumplings more than the fried. The restaurant is extremely clean and it was nice to watch them make the dumplings in front of you. Service was excellent and staff was really friendly. I would have rated this place 5 stars if the fried dumplings had more broth inside of them. Can’t wait to visit this place again!!🖤🖤
This restaurant falls on the outskirts of St. Louis County. However, the soup dumplings are better than anything within the inner city. The dumplings are firm and not too sticky. The soup inside is hot and delicious. It is cool being able to watch them make the soup dumplings. I would recommend ordering at least 12 pieces if you are hungry.
Not an expert of soup dumplings, but good food is good food!
Tried one of everything on the menu and they were all delicious. Friends who ate at the famous soup dumpling place in California (Din Tai Fung) said it was as good or better.
The pan fried dumplings are nice and crispy- which was awesome as I have not had pan fried soup dumpling.
To my surprise, shrimp and cheese was not bad at all. But for me pork and beef were the best.
Their tiger D fruit tea was also good.
It is a passion fruit + ????? Tea. Not sure if it’s just passion fruit but it tastes great.
The cucumber salad is refreshing as well.
I do believe water was a bottled water and was not free - but I didn’t ask if tap water was a possibility
5/5 even though it’s like 20-30 min away
Will def go again
Got one of each of the pan fried Dumplings except the shrimp. I got it to go and the owner was so nice and helped me to get my chili oil and vinegar. I can tell you these were some of the best tasting soup dumplings I have ever had. They were flavorful and juicy. I will continue to come here for their food. Customer for life now.
