Shake Shack Chesterfield

From other reviews, this location might not be the best, but my experience was enjoyable. On a Sunday afternoon, this place was packed. Yet, the food came out surprisingly quick. Staff looked overworked, but still did their best. Definitely pricier than your typical burger.

A notch above counter service burger joint with indoor / outdoor seating. Very clean with a pleasant setting. Quality ingredients result in pretty tasty food. Ordering was quick and painless, and they seemed to be well staffed (can't always say that these days). They also have a multi-lane drive thru and curbside spots.

Fries are great-otherwise I’ll stick w/ Culver’s or Sonic. I was excited to get Shack Shake when I saw it opened in the valley. My husband not a fan of potato bun so I got SS he got Sonic. I must have been remembering SS in a dream state because this visit left a LOT to be desired. Sonic burger Bigger Better Tasting, assembled better (it was hanging off the bun). Oh And
I didn’t want their sauce-they put it on there anyway and forgot my ketchup & Mustard.
Not thinking I’ll be going back unless I hear they change their ways.
I will let you know my next visit results. No one is perfect and Everyone deserves a second chance.

My family really enjoyed our dinner here. The kids loved their shakes and burgers! I read other comments about it being overpriced but what isn't right now. We used the self order and it was really easy to use. Overall, the service was fast and it wasn't too busy when we came for dinner. Steady but not busy. They text you once your food is ready. Staff was very friendly and the place is well kept. My reason for 4 stars is I feel the burgers were a bit greasy or the buns had too much butter. I'm not a huge fan of crinkle fries and their fries were tasty. Their lemonade drinks are so good! Overall, this is a nice burger place and I would dine again with my family.
