Michael, who works at the front counter is exceptionally and remarkably kind and effective at what he does. I so appreciate him every time I go in and it genuinely is a highlight being able to interact with him.
There are others there who are clearly part of the same mind set and this makes it a spot to be.

The food here is always very fresh especially the bakery. The customer service is excellent and so very helpful in helping you decide what your options are. Make sure you sign up for the loyalty program so you get free stuff

The dining area of the store is laid out very nice, but this whole "cashier standing behind the bakery case" thing is a little odd. I wasn't sure where to go to order until I saw the short employee's head poking above the case.

I wouldn't have even known this unless I got tired of waiting in a drive-through line that wasn't moving. I went inside, ordered, waited 5 minutes for my order, went back outside, and the car I was originally behind in the drive-through line had moved forward two whole spaces - there was still 4 cars ahead of them waiting to get their food after ordering.

my wife and i went for dinner at our local chesterfield bread company. We meet Barbara the cashier/helper at the store and she was so wonderful. She had the best attitude and smile and gave us the best service. We got to hear her story and passion for work and a little about her family and I was inspired with what she had to say. Steve the manager at the store always gives us great service. We really enjoy coming to our local bread company. Keep it up team bread co!!!!1
