Fitz's Soco

We were VERY happily surprised by this place! The food was great & the floats were better. Our waiter wasn't that great but the waitress at the table next to us would have been great. The bottomless mug gives you a frosty mug filled with any & all of the 5 sodas that they have on tap. There was a wide variety of main dishes for food. And more choices for ice cream floats than I've ever seen before. Bring your appetite because everything is big! And great! It's a long drive for us but we'll be back again soon!

Maybe I'm hard to impress, or my standards are just high. But this restaurant isn't that great. It's just average food, nothing special. The restaurant itself is a cavernous space without much ambiance. And it's very loud. But hey, if that's what floats your boat then this is the place for you.
I have to say that the service was great, no doubt about that. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating, despite it being busy.

All food/drinks..root beer was great. It was freezing cold with the big fans running. Server and host took very good care of our party for our daughter... newly engaged.

Good food. Friendly service. Many many options on the menu, from burgers to bbq to burritos. Of course, great soda, float, and ice cream options. This place is fairly pricey. Be prepared to pay around $15 per person.

1st time at restaurant had a great meal. Very large portions. If you do not want to wait you need to go early on the weekends. The next time we go will definitely ask for check earlier to pay. Seems like when the heavy dinner crowd was there it was a little bit difficult to leave to pay check however will know better next time .
