My family and I visited the St. Louis location today. I am currently due to have a baby the 28th of this month. We came up there to celebrate my son's birthday. Upon our visit I slipped and fell on the floor from a pile of ice cream that was left there and not cleaned up at all. There was no caution sign or ANYTHING. To make matters worst, the only employee that approached me, looked like she was sitting down on break. Let me say I was in the middle of the buffet, 8 months pregnant fell on the ground from the employees lack of keeping the floors cleaned. I had to approach an employee and ask for a towel to wipe the Ice cream off my foot. I continue about my visit. I go back into the game room with my family. About 20 minutes after the situation happening, me and my youngest son(who is in a stroller) are sitting to the sides waiting for his brothers and dad to get off a ride. Then an employee walked by with a trash can by us and ran the trash can into my son in the stroller. Now the young lady who did so apologized on the spot, MULTIPLE TIMES, she was very sincere and caring. She came back to use two or three times which upon her talking to me I told her how I had just slipped and fell in a pile of ice cream already. You could tell she felt absolutely horrible about our visit. SHE MADE SURE to take care of us. She gave us some gifts, tickets, and PLENTY OF apologies that was greatly appreciated. Towards the end of our visit, they pulled her into a meeting. I don't know if it had anything to do about us our our experience, but I just wanted to say if it wasn't for this young lady, who's name I do know, we wouldn't of had let things go the way they did. I pray that she gets NOTICED for her extreme care and concern for myself and my family.
Everything is good. There are so many things for kids. Games, activities, gocart etc. Unlimited Pizza, soft drinks, ice-cream, so many non-veg things. But there are not much veg options. Over all it's good place to enjoy many for birthday parties.
Overall this place is a great value. I am impressed by the amount of work that has to go into all aspects of this place because of the amount of customers they get. I haven't been here in years and I am shocked by the food and the arcade. We rode the go karts and played games on an hour game card. Had a blast and will be visiting again very soon.
Price is a little high...but it was a life saver. Went to st. Louis for my sons birthday. Tried going to six flags and the weather did not allow it...so fortunately we came across this place. Was a lot of fun, we killed almost 3 hours in there easy. The games, the buffet and the amusement attractions were great for me and my 7 year old. So it gets my stamp of approval!
Had a blast here at the arcade. like an upgrade to chuck-e-cheese. floors still sticky but they offer a wide variety of activities. haven't experienced the food there yet. will be going again sometime.
