Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was great, food was wonderful. I think they should have a dress code, or uniforms for employees. Could give a more professional look.

Usually packed in here, so normally I'll call it in or order online. I love how the person who checks you out makes sure that they check the order, and that I do also. Makes things so much easier. I've never had an issue with anything here, it's a great store and so are the employees. This is my personal experience, about 6 visits in 8 months. Thanks guys!!

Great customer service.. I was blown away from start to finish.. Tonya was a great server and the host open doors for us. Food was hot and fresh and drinks were good

The young ladies at the New Halls Ferry Rd Applebees are attentive to customers. The orders are taken properly and the food arrived prepared as requested. One young lady who goes by Queen offers great customer service, is pleasant, familiar with menu and is quick to offer alternatives if an item is not noticed on menu. Day time has always been a good experience there. Evenings are busier but the ladies generally offer equivalent service.
