Sad they closed down so soon.
Win at lunch time, it was not very busy. They are fairly new, food quality was pretty good. They do have some areas in which they could improve, but they are a new location.

I ordered a #5 combo it included one taco, a burrito, and beans. I also ordered a chicken taco salad from the kids menu because I wanted a small salad. My taco tastes so plain. The kids version of their taco salad had huge hunks of chicken that were not kid friendly at all. Please take a close look at my picture if you have kids. Notice the huge hunks of chicken in my kids chicken taco salad. I don't like hunks of meat in my salad. Take your time and dice the meat, please season it, and cook it tender. The burrito and beans were delicious 😋. This location just recently opened in my neighborhood. I'll be sticking to the burrito and beans next time.

First time here. We ordered take out. The food was good. I should have had my husband check the food before he left the restaurant. They forgot to add the lettuce and tomato and sour cream to my nachos which I did pay the extra fee for. I called when I was aware of it when I got home but no one picked the phone up. We all are human and make mistakes. But the food was very tasty.

Wow, can't believe el maguey is in my neighborhood!! Always an excellent experience! The staff, food and drinks were top shelf. Also conveniently located near shopping and entertainment.

The food was amazing. And the margaritas 🍹 are definitely worth it. The portions are big. I had the shrimp tacos and my friend had the shrimp nachos.
