Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Long wait at time I went one day. I should have called my order in. However, when getting burgers not so long of a wait, my following trip. However food was good. Doesn't stay hot long, so if you have far to drive you may want to enjoy in your car, while parked in parking lot. Yum!

They're usually busy but the line moves at a good pace. Burgers are good, patty melt was delicious and so were the cheese curds. Frozen custard was awesome as well. Shoestring fries with awesome seasoning are a bonus.

Let me begin by saying thank you to Robin T., one of the District Manager's for Freddy's. You apparently you saw my previous complaint and you made it your business to reach out to me to rectify the problem. Well, I used the customer satisfaction card that you sent and I was very pleased with my next visit. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a bowl Chili. My meal was delicious! The chili reminded me of the infamous Hodges Chili, it was absolutely delicious! My meal was hot and fresh. I will be back, thank you for reaching out to me.

Phenomenal fast fresh food, better steak burgers than Steak 'N Shake and a better spicy chicken sandwich than Popeyes (Their hype was unjustified..) Tyler was very friendly and professional, hats off to him and to you guys for finally expanding into this market; the wait was definitely worth it!!!
