Hwy 67 BBQ

When I first ate here it was great! My sweetheart and I ate there on 8. 24 2019 and the food was horrible. They were out of so many foods. I suggested to the owner to find another vendor. They get you hooked on certain foods then they are in no hurry to replace them when they are out.

My sweetheart ordered a hamburger and it was delivered with just the buns. No tomatoes or cheese. They said they were out. You can get tomatoes and cheese from Wal-Mart.

I ate the half slab of ribs and threw it up. I think they use liquid smoke instead of taking the time to smoke all of their meat.

The waitresses took their time getting our drinks and there was only about ten customers there. It seemed that the waitresses were more interested in flirting with the boys and the other male employers.

This place is owned By AFRICAN AMERICANS. WE MUST REPRESENT BETTER. THIS IS HOW WE LOSE CUSTOMERS AND EVENTUALLY END UP CLOSING OUR BUSINESSES. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!

Absolutely love this place! Me and my boyfriend have been twice and both times we were extremely satisfied. The owner is nice, prices are great and the host is extremely welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

I was so pleased with my experience at this fresh BBQ joint in Florissant! My pulled pork sandwich was delightful, loved the smokey flavor of the meat and the bun was fresh and tasty. I am looking forward to my next visit to try something else on the menu! I saw that they had the usual beer and wine to drink, but I chose a rustic lemonade (one of several house made drink options) and was not displeased at all. Very much so looking forward to my next experience there, when there will be live music from 7-10!

Pretty good BBQ, I personally liked it enough to go back. Pork steak and ribs were on point! Staffs were friendly and service were good. Some not so great things were, I called earlier in a week to order take out, and there were apparently sold out. I was told they didn't have anything left (great of them, not so much for my tummy ????) and when we visited, they were out of take out plates so we had to dine-in or wait for someone to come back with them. We chose to dine-in We ordered a cocktail(they have a bar), but were told the bartender was not there. May be it was too early yet at 7pm?? But, big kudos to the server for making it, she said " I can try to find it on YouTube and give it a try" so I don't know if it was made right, BUT it was delicious! I liked the rustic feel of the restaurant. Loved the reclaimed wood tables.
