(January 25, 2019, 2:37 am)Well this is our third or fourth steak and shake we've been too. We got to seat ourselves and pick up our own menu's. Other then that our server Ryan was young but quickly realized he had forgotten exactly how my wife wanted her burger. Came to check on us but didn't be intrusive.

(January 6, 2019, 9:02 pm)I got that 4 for $4 meal with the single burger, fries, chili, cookie and coffee. Man did my Money go a long way! The food was juicy, crispy, spicy and delicious. Having been a waitress for Steak and Shake, 40 years ago; I had to give my waitress a break. I could tell she was nervous and didn't need me criticizing every mistake she may have made. Plus, she tried to correct her errors without any animosity.

(November 27, 2018, 12:42 am)I'm giving 5 stars because I'm sure others will give one or none. Wednesday night this store was very understaffed. They had a manager one cook and one waitress, three employees on the Wednesday night b4 Thanksgiving...really? They were doing their best and I give them credit. I hope someone changes the schedule and adds people to help, they were busy as Steak n Shake is.
