The atmosphere was our first impression, it has a very laid back new age burger joint feel. The staff was extremely prompt and friendly, our food even came fast. We got burgers, though the 15 bucks seems pricey, they were extremely juicy and flavorful. Make sure to dip it in that dill sauce they give you!

Layla's is one of the city's best burger joints. With the same menu as their location in the Grove, you're guaranteed to find a delight: quality, fresh ingredients, superb blends in unusual combinations, and pretty funny names (e.g., the Clarice for the lamb burger ... dark!). Combine these with a pleasing ambiance and efficient, friendly staff -- you've got a great dining experience!

I come from the land of bud light, ranch, and American cheese in SEMO, all of which Layla does not have. I had the Clarice despite my typical dislike of feta. It has to be one of the best burgers I have ever had. The sauces, cheese and meat worked so well together that I forgot I didn't really like feta. The sauces given with the side of fries was perfect. I would eat just about anything you put it on. 10/10 will definitely come again.

First time and we were seated quickly, but it took our server quite a while to even take our drink order. Once she finally came over and acknowledged us everything was quick. We started with an appetizer of cauliflower that tasted just like hot wings. A little spicy, but very good with their dipping sauce. We got a Jane Says burger, which was made with red lentil, and a Kill Bill burger, which was made with beef. We paired them with sweet potato fries and falafel fries. Very unique sauces and tastes to everything. We finished with a Cherry Bomb shake which was amazing! You cannot find anything regular here, including their environment. Loved the pictures on the walls and the music, would definitely go back for more.
