Quick service and correct order, if you go at a slower time,maybe use the quick service kiosk since there is not always someone at the cash register

Best McDonald's in St.louis! Always hot and fresh food. No complaints. Shakes always available no matter the time of day or night! Friendly and courteous staff. After 5 years of visits, I've never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!

To Owners and Management:
Recently, I was inside this McDonald's when a pleasant lady came in simply asking for ketchup. About 4 or 5 female employees, standing together (one was very slowly filling an order), stared at the customer. It seemed to take forever for even one person to help her. One of the female employees in the group just slowly shook her head side to side while mumbling something. The customer asked a second time and FINALLY one of the employees who was staring at her said, "It's right there."
Managers and owners, PLEASE enforce excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! I go further from my house and pay more just for good customer service!!!!! Maybe your employees were too busy focusing on the fact that the lady didn't know the ketchup was right in front of her. So what!!!!! Where are your manners and your respect?!?!? Be there to help, not just to get paid!!!!! Appreciate and take responsibility for the position you have!!!!! It made you look pathetic and made me not want to return. The only reason I will is because workers can be replaced, and hopefully will, if enough people complain. Plus, people CAN do better, and I pray that we all will (so I'm not giving descriptions ). That is really what will make things better everywhere.
