(May 6, 2019, 4:13 am)Did you know we have an Iron Chef here in St. Louis? Meet Chef Ma, winner of the 2008 Iron Chef. Without a doubt I had one of the best Chinese meals I've ever had! Traditional Chinese, not the Americanized stuff, and yes, there's a HUGE difference. Do yourself a favor and try his place, and ditch the menu for Americans and order off the traditional Chinese menu. I had the spicy twice cooked pork belly and it was outstanding!
