Chinese Express

Something about their special rice hehehe Chinese Express its way better than other places I have try and I do love food so I do know when some taste good and man I like their Chinese rice with red pepper and soy sauce and I like their fried chicken too thumps up for this place for sure

Our first visit and it was great. Friendly staff worked through a short line very quickly. Food was ready really fast, too. The sesame chicken was the best Chinese entree I've had in a long time! So glad we tried it.

Good food nice customer service and a friendly environment

I have been going to this restaurant since I was a little girl. Everything is usually ok, but this time I went they got my order wrong. Didn't think to check it because they are always right when it comes to getting your order correct. Well when I realized my order was wrong I called back and they stated that I paid $2 less than what I should have so if I come back with $2 they would fix my order. I returned to get my rice with the $2 on my debit card they then told me I would have to add to my order because they don't swipe a debit card for under $3. I was displeased with this because I had paid $28 on my debit card previously for my order. I should have been told that over the phone. I felt like I had to pay for their mistake, I had to go all the way back there could not eat my food together because I didn't want it to get cold and you have the nerve to tell me that I have to spend more money for your mistake. Like I said previously I have been going there for over 30 years and because of this one incident of poor customer service I will not go back which is a disappointment because they were my favorite Chinese restaurant. I believe in good customer service without our hard earned dollars these places do not stay in business
