    I like going there because it is an easy place to go. It's a long my route to work and I travel by bus to go to work. I was on my way back from work because I got called back into work. So I got in line and saw one of my fellow old coworker behind the counter I was about to order when she told the cash register were down so I when to O Charlies but when I when back by she was taking an order with another customer. She refused to to take my my order and provide me with very bad customers service. This happened at about 3:48pm on the day 02/06/2017.

    I usually hate going to different subways other then the Arnold one I go to because so many bad experiences. I went in yesterday (3/17/2016) to this location around 8pm. I can say the first time I have experienced a good experience at this Subway. The gal was very polite and tried her best to make the coustumer (me) satisfied! I don't know her name but, I just want to say thank you for the awesome service I appreciate it!
