(May 4, 2019, 8:52 pm)I've never seen Xialongbai (soup dumplings) in St. Louis area before. These are delicious. Friendly atmosphere and clean. Highly recommended! The lady who served us was super friendly and helpful. The vinegar is delicious, don't skip it!
