Too few staff. Waited 45 minutes for food after our order was placed. THEN they started telling new customers that it would be a 45-60 minute wait. Thankfully 2 of our items were cold. Burger was warm enough to eat but not hot at all. Hopefully you have a better experience.

It’s a little overpriced but it’s the cheapest at Union Station and the only quick service restaurant rather than dine-in. They were friendly and fast, and the food was hot. It was a good burger, not the best but pretty much what I expected from a tourist attraction. It cost $14 for a burger, cheese fries, and a drink, and kids meals are $6.

Great prices! 👍 cheeseburgers 6$, kids meals have everything for 6$ 3$ for a pretzel with cheese. We had kids cheesburger, with fries, chocolate milk. And a regular cheesburger 8$, fish sandwich 7$ and pretzel total $24. Great prices, nice service, good view of Union Station too on deck!
