    A wonderful fine dining service. Petite Filet and Cold Water Lobster a great Surf and Turf combination. Table side delight. Flambeu desert. Just a great experience!

    Went here for Our anniversary dinner and received phenomenal service and food. Charles had to leave halfway through our dinner for an emergency but the rest of the staff, Michelle & James stepped in and finished taking care of us beautifully. I really loved it here, great place with a great staff.

    We had a wonderful time for our anniversary, Gary and Charles were so thoughtful of our desires, and showed us around thier beautiful place and told about the history. Absolutely fantastic food and atmosphere!!! LOVED it

    Quite simply the best "classic" culinary experience I've ever had in St. Louis. This place is a hidden gem. Our waiter Bob was attentive without hovering, and professional with a healthy dose of camaraderie. The atmosphere here is intimate but not stuffy. The food was cooked to perfection and stunningly presented. Even though our tastes are quite different, my husband and I agree that this experience was phenomenal and deserves the slot of our "special occasion" dining destination. Thank you for a memorable 20th Anniversary dinner!

    Best steak ever! Service was amazing! Loved the decor and the ambiance. I can't believe I have lived in St. Louis my whole life and never been to Al's. I will definitely be returning. Creamed spinach was superb by the way.
