Fantastic burger. Still kicking myself for not getting fries. I think I could eat here every day. Maybe twice. Vegetarian-friendliness: There were a couple options, including an Impossible burger.
Cool location right downtown in st. Louis . Seats available inside and out . We actually choose to sit outside as it was a nice day. Cool to sit outside and people watch while eating great food .
We were greeted right away . Lots of great options to choose from . Almost too many I was sure what to get but guess that means I have to go back again and I will be back.
I decided on the Frisco melt . It was really good and the sourdough bread was toasted perfectly . Too many times the bread on Frisco melts isnt toasted long enough or over toasted .
Loved it. Really good burgers and shakes. Local beer selection was a plus. Seating up stairs with the TV. A bit pricey, since the sides, including fries are all separate. The fried sides I had were just ok. Nothing to write home about. A bunch of sandwiches I still want try try. I just have to know more about that bologna with egg sandwiched between two grilled cheeses. Yum.
The burgers are creative and delicious and the seasoned fries are a must have. Top it all off with some tasty homemade sauces and you are in for a treat! So glad to see the new downtown location. What a wonderful addition to the Washington Avenue streetscape.
It's run by the same people own Sugar Fire, so it's run like a well-oiled machine. Service is super friendly and food is great with many creative menu items. You can get something safe like a delicious smash burger, or try something different like their outrageous fried bologna sandwich.
