It was my first time visiting Hook and Reel. I MUST SAY IT WAS ONE OF MY BEST EXPERIENCES I HAD IN A LONG TIME! ???? Excellent customer service! I came with my mother and we were seated right away! We had crablegs, lobster tail and clams that were well seasoned and generously portioned! It was wonderful! The owner, Vickie, came out to greet my mother and I. She let us know the location in St. Louis, MO was the first and only location of the Hook and Reel franchise. Becky, our waitress, was very sweet and gave us great service with a smile ????! We will be back for their DELICIOUS food! ????

This was my first visit. I came with my daughter and we were excited to be here! The atmosphere was very nice! While looking at the menu, the owner, Vickie, came over to greet us! She was a very nice person. The waitress, Becky, was very friendly and very informative! Awesome customer service! Vickie advised us that this location is one of the first in Saint Louis, Missouri. The food was excellent!!! We will be coming back!

Good crab legs and clams.the variety of spices was nice. Three different types of crab legs so we had all 3. Need more side options but the corn and potatoes were good. Karol our server was very knowledgeable and friendly Greg the manager was nice as well.cant wait for the bar to fully open so we can really dig our claws in to some drinks.

It smells great. Haven't tried anything yet but I have good hopes.

I tried the snow crab with casein sauce. The food left me very satisfied. The staff could be better it's almost like apple bees staff from this place if anyone local remembers. However it was still a good experience for a new place. I'll have to come back when they fully open
