    Tried the nduja bomb ramen and it was just mind blowing. The broth is very complex with lots of different flavors working in concert. Just excellent

    Enjoyed our visit here. Food was excellent and the price quite reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Impressive display! I had the ramen, and I highly recommend it. Has a taste that is very similar to Japanese ramen. Lots of noodles, plenty of pork, and a thick broth with lots of umami. This is my new favorite ramen shop. The price is right, too. The tables were spotless.

    We were very satisfied by the flavor of the curry with Japanese squash (fried). Nudo offers decently priced drinks with a local selection in addition to their frozen slush cocktails. The spring rolls were good but mostly lettuce with the selected meat option. Fast casual, had a 90s soundtrack playing which added nostalgia when we were there. We will certainly be back.
