“The Lake Shack Cafe is located adjacent to the Area 71 RV park/gas station, and near Campbell Point Park and Campground, as well as numerous local boat launch opportunities. It's a very convenient nexus to all that Table Rock Lake offers. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a day on Table Rock Lake. The staff are friendly, service is excellent and the menu selection has its own local flavor. They also have a great selection of ice cream on the menu, good with the kids. Alcoholic beverages are on the menu as well, good with the sunburned parents. Seating is indoor/outdoor, and very expansive for a cafe, during peak season, enough to accommodate the hungry throngs that inevitably come in from the Lake in summer. It has a combined small town feel with an abundant influx of tourists. It's a great mix for a good chill without that "big chain cookie cutter feel." If you like cafes that have their own independent feel, as I do, this place is a great quaint cafe with its own ambiance, especially when things rock during tourist season.”

“The owners and staff were very friendly. And, their food was AMAZING! We had a group that enjoyed pulled pork sandwiches, fries, pork salad, onion rings, fried green beans. And, all were DELICIOUS! Listening to the 2 girls singing that were there was a joy to our ears. Maddie and her sister were so good, we hope to go again very soon.”

“Had the backyard burger and split it with wife, just as we did last time. Fries were good as usual. The burger was as big as before, but the taste was off. The bottom bun got too soggy and the brisket was too smokey. This is normally a very good burger but have to rate it as a 3 this time”
