“Was on the way back to The Chateau after visiting Big Cedar's Top of the Rock, and saw this place. We were not disappointed. From my partner's cheeseburger to my BBQ Nachos, the food was excellent. Do yourself a favor and get some good 'cue at this roadside trailer.”

“The Nook at Hollister needs to be on your list of not to miss when visiting the area! We were able to join their Sunday brunch crew for a magnificent, fresh meal. It was evident that everything was from scratch and not the local wholesale truck! It was so good, we ordered a jar of the Sassy Salsa to go! We can’t wait to try some of their wonderful lunch offerings!”

“Good Hotel to stay and experience the old style living. Since, it's built in 1912, the amenities were not like the modern hotel rooms. But the staff is friendly and nice. We liked the restaurant & bar at the hotel, nice music. Most of the attractions in Branson are in proximity of 3-4 miles from this hotel. Would love to stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“This is a great place to quench your thirst at The Landing. An amazing selection of locally brewed beers. (and samples are available) The Good Elf lager was perfect. They also have wines from local wineries, food, deserts, and hot cocoa. They even have wine smoothies! There’s something for everyone here! Atmosphere is upbeat and playful, and the service was excellent. The establishment is clean and classy. Come enjoy something on tap!”

“Baked whole chicken is a great way to entertain when you are having friends over. Most people love chicken and this dish is so very easy to do. A lot of folks have had dried out chicken before and they do not like it so they will be very impressed with this dish when it comes out of the oven. One of your concerns about this is that you want to make sure that your chicken is cooked all the way through. As humans we cannot eat our chicken rare - or even medium rare. when you take the chicken out of the oven, it the meat is pink, then it needs to be cooked more. A well cooked roasted bird will have some juicy tender meat and this will be fully cooked and crisp. This particular chicken might just be the best chicken and I'm giving it a 5 star I only eat chicken so I consider myself a expert. I'm of the darker skin as you have already guessed so if you are ever wanting chicken come to here it will not disappoint.”

“El Poblano is now by far one of the best in the area for food quality. The atmosphere isn’t fancy, but it’s more than acceptable. We’ve eaten here multiple times and had good results each time. The food is much more reasonable than in Branson and the quality is beyond those others. Paco makes a major difference here. We used to frequent another restaurant where he worked as the manager and it used to be phenomenal. The funny thing is we tried this on a whim after that place went downhill. We had no clue Paco was here until after eating here! My only comment is the salsa is not top notch. It’s typical run of the mill Mexican restaurant salsa, good but not top shelf.”

“Great service! Staff was great! Atmosphere was very casual and relaxed, they had a small putting green and corn hole plus pool table and shuffleboard and mini arcade basketball game. They showed on their big screen tvs every sport going on at the time for every sports lover. And they served me the BEST meatloaf I've EVER had in my life. You should definitely put them on your place to try!”

“This restaurant is AMAZING! Their food is so good! ( Best food I've ever eaten!) Their dining room(s) are so clean and beautiful! Their service is all that anyone could ever dream for and every thing about is a 100/10! I definitely think that you should drop your phone and drive there right now! I am coming back there whenever I have the chance, in the mean time, go enjoy yourself at The Worman House!”

“I am legitimately surprised that we found good sushi in Hollister,Mo. It was inexpensive and totally filling. They're only open for takeout as of 12/2020,but I wouldn't want to stay and eat anyway. It's a tiny place and you could miss it if you blink. But that only adds to the charm.”

“We had such a had a great experience! Great food and drinks. Stephani had great recommendation on the pastrami. We could not be happier with our entire experience. We will definitely be back. We are local and always asked for recommendations . I will definitely be recommending Downing Street pour house to our customers. I’m sad that it took us so long to discover them.”

“We had a late lunch there today and all we can say is AWESOME experience. This was our first visit and the food was great! We had the all meat pizza and it was the best we've had. The crust is original, flavorful and the topping were spot on! Salads were good and the service gets 5 stars. Everyone was friendly. We enjoy sharing "fire stories" with Teddy and listening to him share with us about his dad. On our way out we gave a shout out to the kitchen staff about the great food... all your staff were so friendly and we felt welcomed there. We will be back! GREAT PIZZA! ( we'll be looking for the hose flag!)”

“Been enjoying this local treasure of edibles for many years now from salads, pizza to awesome sandwiches (they make their own bread). Unfortunately we moved 30 miles North and miss our weekly visits but make special trips just for the service from "friends" who love feeding people. Beer is available and Cokes always top notch fountain variety.”

“They worked very hard, but really need more employees! They took forever to get out food, but that should be expected when you only have two ladies that are a bit older having to work all by themselves. They were working on the pickup orders, walk-in, drive through, and drive-up pickups. They were nice, but we had to wait forever with just 3 other people ahead of us inside (less the orders that weren't walk-in).”

“Clean, great food, very good service and fair prices. What more could one need? Have eaten here fairly often over the past couple of years, and enjoyed every single visit. Will continue going to El Patio. Give them a try - I think you will like them.”

“We had a great experience here. We were seated immediately and our waitress was very good. The complimentary bread was good, and my pot roast was tasty. The portions were a good size, too. My dad’s cocoa pork tenderloin was dry, though. The 10-layer chocolate cake was really good for dessert”

“Delicious meal on the patio. Daniel from Tanzania was our server. He was attentive and professional. The broccoli cheese soup was hot and amazing. Their home made chips included green onions, bacon, deliciously mild blue cheese crumbles, and a cream sauce. The student employees in the rest of our experience were just as delightful as our meal and our waiter. We will go back soon! Thanks for an amazing experience!”

“Ehh. The quality of the meals is dependent on the cooking staff. The rice will never be properly cooked, and the students are rarely more excited than they are for chik-fil-a night every other friday. That said, the occasional special night (one year was a cheese night, another was a backyard barbecue theme) make a wonderful change., and show a passion that typically seems absent from the caf's normal fare.”
