Amazing service! Lovely food, the dessert was amazing! Best date night all together!

My waitresses Jessica and Silver were amazing. They made sure to submit the order quickly and efficiently. The food was hot and well prepared, surprisingly how I would have prepared it for myself at home. They were extremely busy yet made time to be prompt and attentive to me.

First off the food was fantastic. They cooked the omelet perfectly and the potatoes were crunchy but not greasy. That is where the compliments end. We only waited 15 minutes or so to sit on a busy Sunday morning/afternoon but waited over around 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter only showed up twice, once to give us drinks and one for our food. We were not checked on again the entire meal. We didn't get our check until we were at the cash register. I was very disappointed by the service and probably won't be coming back to this location. We were in the place for over two hours for something that should have taken less than an hour. Which is really sad since the food was so good. Guess I will just have to go to IHOP, Cracker Barrel, or Denny's next time since my experiences have been better there.

We got sat in about 15 minutes. The host got our drinks, and our waiter came shortly after to take our order. And then we waited.. and waited... It was about 30-45 minutes before our food came out. Once it did, we got refills on our drinks, and then that was it.
We got our own box for leftovers and went to the counter to pay. Our waiter came and gave us the ticket without a word. He seemed to have comped us an order of pancakes, but I'm not sure and wasn't going to say anything after the service we got. I don't know what's going on here, but I wouldn't go on a Sunday morning again.

I'll start by saying that we waited nearly 10 mins after we were sat just to place drink orders and get menus. It was over 30 mins after we ordered that we received our food. In all ways, far from a great experience. The restaurant was relatively open, less than 20 people seated. At least 3 wait staff and at least 2 other floor persons. The host was outside smoking when we drove up, but came back in, then went out again once we were seated. She was not visible the entire time that we were seated and was outside smoking again right after we paid and left.
The food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the wait. Not an experience that I shall repeat.
