The Windmill & Bar 51

I had the ribeye and added 2 prawns; it was an amazing dinner. Wife had halibut. Best and biggest portions anywhere. We sat in the booth in the bar and had great service as well. Last couple of dinners at R&C House were not good experiences so we decided we needed to change restaurants. Glad we did.

I still can’t stop thinking about how delicious this chicken Alfredo was. It was literally the best pasta I’ve ever had. Their mashed potatoes are phenomenal as well. My boyfriend and I loved the food so much we went again the next day to try their mac and cheese and spinach and artichoke dip and they were equally delicious. Our server and bartenders were very friendly and quick. The place is decorated so nicely for Christmas too. If I lived in Billings, I’d be there every day. I can’t wait to come visit again! :)

If you're looking for great food with phenomenal atmosphere... Look no further than The Windmill! Not only did they cater to my gluten free needs... But they also allowed our dog to sit with us on the patio. The food was some of the best we've ever had... SO glad we decided to eat here! Great service as well... Thanks Jessica T! We live out of state... But if we didn't... This would be our go-to spot!

We use this place for business lunches and dinner, great service and even more amazing EATS 👏

Be it the signature Chicken Fried Prawns, Open Faced Pot Roast, Homemade Steak Fingers, Scampi Prawns, Greek Shrimp and Scallop Salad, Blondie with Huckleberry Ice Cream or Molten Cake with the same, everything is large portions & exceptional homemade quality.

Restaurant is neat, clean and has a nice back patio with a duck pond.
